Report on the Accounts of the Public Services 2023

The Comptroller and Auditor General has published his Report to Dáil Éireann on the results of his examination of the 2023 Accounts of Government Departments and Offices. The Report identifies issues, which in his opinion, merit consideration by the Committee of Public Accounts in the interests of transparency and accountability.

Appropriation Accounts 2023

The Comptroller and Auditor General presents the Appropriation Accounts together with his certificates to Dáil Éireann. The certificates give his opinion on whether the accounts properly present the receipts and expenditure related to each Vote.

PAS annual meeting 2025 – Bucharest, Romania

OCAG was appointed Chair of the Performance Audit Subcommittee (PAS), subcommittee of INTOSAI’s Professional Standards Committee in 2022. PAS has a mandate to develop standards and guidelines for performance auditing. The Romanian Court of Accounts hosted the 2025 annual meeting in Bucharest, Romania on 1–2 April 2025.
